Booking & Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking we will ask you for a £25 deposit to secure your allocated time slot in the diary. Should you fing you no longer need appointment as long as you able to give 48 hours notice
this payment is fully refundable.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
We reserve the right to charge a £20 fee for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Continual breach of the policy may result in you being asked pre payment for treatment at time of booking, or to seek treatment elsewhere.
If you are later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you may be refused treatment if there is not enough time to carry out the treatments
required.
Privacy policy and GDPR
This Privacy Policy describes how when and why we collect, use, information when you use our services, This is to complance with the General Data Protection
Regulations (GDPR) 2018.
Information the clinic collects. When attending our clinic for treatment you provide us with certain information, name, address,telephone email. Medical
information and payment information. information is stored on an electronic patient record diary system which is protected. Paper based patient records are kept lockable cabinet and
disposed.
Information sharing and disclosure. The information about our patients/ is important to us. Your personal information is only shared with your consent to other
medical professional, such as a collegue or your GP or consultant
Our staff will only use your personale infomation which is necessary to perform there role within happy feet happy sole, confirm or cancel appoinments and taking payments. All our staff
have recieved training in GDPR and Privacy Policies
Data inforamtion.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in the Privacy Policy. However, we may also be
required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. The retention of podiatry records is normally 7 years,
after the last appointment.

Access. You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.

Malking a request or complaint
All formal requests or complaints will need to be in written fomat either letter or email.
