This relaxing treatment which is suitable for all beginers.

We wiill take time to understand any concerns you have about your lower limb and feet.

From this assessment any foot problems are identified and appropriate treatment is discussed, we will advise you of all options of the treatment plan and then carried out all works needed.

These may include:

• Nail trimming and treatment of common nail problems.Thick,Fungal Ingrown 
• Gentle reduction of dry, callous skin and removal of corns.
• Verrucea Treatment 
• Advice on shoe wear 
• Stretching exercises

Once treatment has been carried out we will the discuss your future needs. 

You may need further appointments depending on problem.

How long will my appiontment last ?

A new appoinment is allocated 45 mins time slot.

Will it hurt ?

We are very gentle but depending on the treatment needed will may cause a little discomfort for a few minutes, but its quickly forgotten about.

If very painfull we are able to administer a local anaesthetic.

How often will i need to return ?

This will depend on treatment plan some patients may attend every few weeks

2-4 weeks (Ingrown nails verrucea) some may return 6-8 weks Corns Callous or a few months or once a year.

How long do insoles last?

Each patient is different and depending on physical activity off the self insoles will last 6-12 months. 3D printed insoles can last 18-36 months.
